Mission:

   Wittenberg Reformed Theological Seminary exists to provide high level ministry and theological training to those who chose distance learning in their pursuit of seminary training. Our primary goal is to train pastors to rightly divide God’s word and faithfully preach its truth.
   We seek to work alongside of churches within the reformed tradition. Wittenberg Reformed Theological Seminary is not officially part of any particular denomination as we seek to minister to the needs of the broader Christian Community as opposed to the sole needs of any single denomination.

Our Purpose:

   We exist to produce quality Christian pastors and leaders for the church and the world. As a final outcome, we hope that God will grant through WRTS larger numbers of equipped Christians who will serve effectively as pastors and servant leaders in whatever ministries God shall provide. All education received from WRTS will be from a Reformed perspective.

A student should demonstrate the following:

• Growth in spiritual maturity, character development, vision, and leadership skills
• Commitment to the authority of the Scriptures, to the building of the body of Christ, and
   to its mission of meeting human needs
• Coherent understanding of the theological body of knowledge in light of the Reformed
   tradition
