[Refering to the seminary's name] "Wittenberg" was chosen both to refer to the historic roots of the Reformation (which, after all, "officially" began in Wittenberg on October 31, 1517), and also to emphasize that this seminary would be one to affirm the historical Lutheran-Reformed stance on justification by faith (as well as the other "solas" of the Reformation).

I know many of the men who are working with WRTS. I have a great amount of respect for them and for what they are doing. Making Reformed education available to all through the internet is a great partnership of classic Reformed faith and modern technology. After all, even the education of the Church needs to be reformed from time to time. I wholly support the vision of WRTS and endorse the seminary without any reservations.
